Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

The Service may offer one-time credit packages and recurring subscriptions. Prices, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation options are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, completed purchases are non-refundable; contact support if you believe a charge was made in error.

Your Content

You retain rights in content you upload and create, subject to any rights you grant to us to host, process, display, and deliver that content in order to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and use of generated output comply with applicable law and do not infringe others' rights.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, evade security controls, access accounts without authorization, or create or distribute harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content. We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary.

Availability and Changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, maintain, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, or functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual Property

Automatic1111, the Service, and their original software, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant rights to our trademarks or technology except as necessary to use the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automatic1111 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
