We collect information you provide when creating an account, contacting support, or purchasing credits or a subscription, including your name and email address. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
When you use the Service, we may process prompts, uploaded media, generated images or videos, account preferences, device and browser information, IP address, and diagnostic logs necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
We use information to provide and maintain the Service, process payments, deliver generated content, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, send service communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Prompts and uploaded media are processed to provide requested AI features. Generated content may be stored in your account until you delete it. We use service providers for hosting, payments, email, analytics, and AI processing. We do not use your content to train models without your explicit consent.
We share information only with providers that help operate the Service, including cloud hosting and storage providers, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, analytics providers, and AI-processing providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the Service, or our rights.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, and you may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. To make a privacy request, email support@automatic1111.net. We will respond within 30 days unless another timeframe is required by law.
We use essential cookies for sessions, security, and preferences, and may use analytics cookies to understand site performance. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling essential cookies may affect the Service.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
